Some files have all elements visible

Currently, it is not possible to hide a part of an element in the Logo Maker. If this is something you would like to see in the future, vote for that feature.

Shapes, icons, images and text are always visible in some logo files (black, white, grayscale, monochrome) no matter what color they are, so please avoid doing the following:

• Making an element the same color as the logo background to hide it.

• Covering elements of a logo with shapes or icons.

• Overlapping shapes and icons.

• Moving elements outside of the Logo Maker's borders as they will be visible in the final logo files.

I want to edit my purchased logo but it says I need to upgrade my plan

If you purchased a Logo-Only Plan (Basic, Advanced, and Value) your design is locked once you choose to download it.

To edit this logo, either upgrade to a plan that includes unlimited editing via the Brand Kit, or duplicate your existing logo, make all desired changes, and then purchase a separate logo download for that amended design.

I purchased my logo to get my secondary design but I'm only able to download my primary design

The Basic, Advanced, and Value plans provide the designated files for your primary logo only. You can switch between your secondary and primary designs up until you choose to download your files.

If have one of those plans and have already downloaded the primary logo files, you can either:

• Upgrade to a plan that includes secondary logos in order to download those files

• Duplicate your brand, set the secondary logo files as primary, then purchase a new logo plan to download those files.

Tip: All plans with the Brand Kit include secondary logo downloads as 500x500px PNG files.

The background of my logo is transparent

Your logo comes with a white background by default. Use the color picker to change the color.

Note:

• All logo packages include a version of your logo with a transparent background.

• Favicon, email signature, and watermark have a transparent background by design to better blend in with the background you use them on.

• All SVG files have a transparent background by design since they are intended for printing.

The link in the email with the logo files doesn’t work

You need to be logged in to your Wix account to be able to open and view the link from the email. You can also go to the Logo Maker directly and log in to your account there.

Note: Currently, it is not possible to transfer logos to other accounts.

My logo had a dot background inside the editor, but my downloaded file has a solid background color

The logo editor displays dot gridlines in order to help you align your elements evenly within your design. This is just an editor feature and the dots are not displayed in your downloaded files.
