Can I see a sample of my logo before purchasing?

Yes, once you create a logo with Wix, you automatically get access to your free sample file. This free sample file is a single low resolution jpg version of your final design.

If you decide you need additional file types with higher resolution, you can upgrade to one of our plans. The additional file types are subject to your plan type, e.g. Basic, Value, Advanced, Unlimited, Business, Social and Brand Plus plans.

Note: Logo plans can only be purchased with credit / debit cards and PayPal.

Can I purchase a Logo plan on a monthly website subscription?

Currently, it is not possible to buy Wix Logo plans that include a monthly website subscription. It is only possible to purchase these subscriptions with a yearly Premium website plan. If this is something you would like to see in the future, vote for that feature.

What happens to my Wix Logo Brand kit if I upgrade to a plan that doesn't include it?

Upgrading your plan will completely move your site to those plan's features. If your new selected plan does not include the Logo Brand Kit, you will no longer have access to those features including unlimited editing.

Which files should I use if I want to print my logo?

If you're planning on printing your logo, we recommend purchasing one of the following plans that include high quality SVG vector files:

• Advanced

• Unlimited

• Business

• Social

• Brand Plus

These plans also include 40+ PNG files of your logo to use on your social media channels.

Can I download SVG files with a background?

Currently, all SVG logo files come with a transparent background by default to ensure your logo looks good in all places i.e., mugs, t-shirts, printable business cards etc.

If you want to use a logo file with your chosen background color, you can use one of the PNG files that come in your downloaded ZIP file. Keep in mind that PNG files may lose quality if you resize them.

Can I download animated logo files?

Currently, it is not possible to create animated logos with the Wix Logo Maker. If this is something you'd like to see in the future, vote for that feature.

How can I convert my logo files into different formats?

Currently, we offer Wix Logo files in PNG and SVG formats. However, you can easily convert your files to another format for free with CloudConvert. Keep in mind that CloudConvert is a third-party application, and as a result, we do not offer support for it.

Can I upload SVG files with uploaded / embedded images to the Wix Media Manager?
