View all the financial figures of your business and keep up to date with bookkeeping. The Wix Analytics accounting reports summarize your transactions and sales. You can also view a report for clients who have overdue payments.
Depending on your business you will see different reports. For example, you will only see the Stores Sales Summary report if you have Wix Stores on your site.

FAQs
Click a question below to learn more about your Wix Analytics accounting reports.
Why is the data different in my Wix Payments dashboard and Analytics reports?
The Wix Payments dashboard includes all payment transactions, including unpaid and declined transactions, while Analytics reports only show successful payments. This difference in displayed data may cause discrepancies between the two.
Why does the tax column show 0 in my reports?
Some Wix business apps (e.g. Wix Bookings) don’t have an option to set up taxes, so no tax is calculated or shown in your report.
In other Wix business apps where the option to set up taxes does exist, you may not have set it up, in which case the tax will also display 0 in the report.
Why are customers who paid are shown as unpaid in the 'Clients with Overdue Payments' report?
Note: This is applicable if you use Wix Bookings and Wix Invoices.
If a customer checks out with an 'in-person' payment method and then pays later through Wix Invoices (using an invoice that you send to the customer), you need to manually mark their session as 'Paid' in your Bookings calendar. If you don’t mark the session as 'Paid', it will later appear as 'Unpaid' in the report.
Where can I learn about the terms used in these reports?
Accounting reports include a glossary that defines the terms used. To view these definitions, select a report and click Show report definitions under the report name.

How do I save my favorite reports so that I can access them quickly?
On the All Reports page, click the Add to Saved reports icon
next to a specific report to add it to your saved reports. Your saved reports appear at the top of the page.
