Business Phone Number: Managing Your Call Hours

Manage your call hours so that you have someone available to answer your calls. You can set default call hours for your phone number and choose custom hours of availability for each agent.

To manage your call hours:

  1. Go to Business Phone Number in your site's dashboard.

  2. Choose what you want to do:

Set default call hours

Set the days and times in which your business number is available.

  1. Click the Default Call Hours tab.

  2. Do one of the following:Receive Calls 24/7: Enable the toggle if your number should always be available to receive calls.

    Set phone hours: Disable the Receive Calls 24/7 toggle to set your phone hours.Select the checkboxes next to the relevant days.
    Set the time you're available in those days.
    Tip: Click the Add icon  to add multiple time slots to the same day.

Customize agent call hours

Set custom hours of availability for specific call agents.

  1. Click the Call Agents tab.

  2. Click the More Actions icon  next to the relevant agent.

  3. Click Edit Call Agent.

  4. Select Custom Hours under Agent's Call Hours.

  5. (If enabled) Click the Receive Calls 24/7 toggle to disable it.

  6. Set the Time Zone from the drop-down.

  7. Set the days and times that the agent is available.
    Tip: Click the Add icon  to add multiple time slots to the same day.
