You can cancel your Ascend plan at any time from the Subscriptions section of your Wix account.

Important:

If you cancel your Ascend plan within the first 14 days after initial purchase, the plan will be canceled and refunded immediately.

To cancel your Ascend plan:

1. Go to Subscriptions in your Wix account.

2. Click the Show More icon next to the plan you want to cancel.

3. Click Cancel Ascend.

4. Select Cancel auto renew.

5. Enter the reason for cancelling your plan.

6. Click Submit.
