🧱 What Claude Tenant Restrictions Do

They block personal Claude accounts on corporate networks, allowing only approved organizations, artifacts included. Available for Enterprise and Console organizations.

⚙️ How It Works

Your proxy adds an anthropic-allowed-org-ids header with approved organization UUIDs. Requests from any other organization are blocked, across claude.ai, desktop apps, API keys and OAuth tokens.

🛠️ Setup

The basic steps:

🆔 Copy your organization UUID from admin settings
🔐 Enable TLS inspection on your proxy
➕ Inject the header for Claude domains
🧪 Test with an API request from the restricted network

💡 Pro tip Supported proxies include Cloudflare, Netskope, Zscaler and Palo Alto Prisma Access; start with their Claude templates if available.

⚠️ Limits

One header line holds up to 500 UUIDs, split across up to 10 numbered lines. Overwrite headers instead of appending duplicates. Blocked users see a 403 error; malformed headers return 400.
