Open Settings, then Wellbeing, and select View under Reflect. It's a beta for Free, Pro and Max plans on web and desktop, and isn't available on Team or Enterprise.
🔒 What's Excluded
Incognito chats, health-integration chats and Cowork or Code chats are left out, and sensitive topics never headline the recap.
💡 Pro tip Use the recap's topic list to decide which recurring tasks deserve their own project or skill.
⚙️ Turning It Off
There's no separate toggle. To turn it off, disable chat-history memory in Settings, Your Claude.
