✉️ Inviting Claude Console Members
Only organization Admins manage members. In Settings, Members, add up to 50 emails, choose a role and send. Invitees show as Pending until they accept.
⏳ Expiry and Revoking
Invitations expire after three weeks. Revoke a pending one with the trash icon, then Revoke.
🔎 Discoverable Organizations
People signing up with a work email can join a matching discoverable organization. With automatic approval they join immediately; with admin approval a request goes to an admin.
💡 Pro tip Use admin approval at first so you can review who joins.
📋 Requirements
An admin enables discoverability for a verified domain and picks an approval mode. Personal and .edu domains can't be used, and SSO must be off.
