🔄 Moving to a New Email Address
If you need a new address, the process is to close the old account and start fresh:
1️⃣ Export your chats first, because deleting an account is permanent
2️⃣ Cancel any paid Pro or Max plan; access continues until the billing period ends
3️⃣ Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge
4️⃣ Delete the old account from Account settings, then sign up with the new email
🔒 If You Can't Access the Old Email
Locked out of the original address? Contact support from an email you can access and copy in the old address. Support can unlink your phone number so it can be used again, and then the old account can be deleted.
