About Collab Hub
Updated: 6 days ago
Grow your business by teaming up with other Wix businesses whose audiences complement your own. Collab Hub uses AI to find potential business partners, suggests ways you could work together, and helps you send a collaboration proposal, all from your dashboard.
Find matches that complement your business
Collab Hub is an AI-powered tool that finds other businesses on Wix for you to collaborate with. It looks at your site to understand what your business does, then surfaces complementary businesses with similar target audiences in your industry.
Collab Hub shows you your top 5 matches at a glance, each with a match score and a short explanation of why it's a good fit for your business. If none of them feels right, you can refresh the list whenever you want to see new businesses to consider.
Ready to get started?
From your site dashboard, go to Marketing, then Collab Hub. Click Find a Match to start exploring collaboration opportunities.
Send tailored collaboration proposals
Choose from ready-made collaboration proposals when you find a business you'd like to approach, or create a custom proposal from scratch.
Tailor the offer to suit your business by editing the description, setting your pricing, and adding the contact email you'd like your match to reach you on. When everything looks right, you can preview and send your proposal. Your match gets a notification in their Wix dashboard with the details, and they can respond to you via email.
FAQs
Click a question below to learn more about Collab Hub.
Why am I seeing low match scores, or no matches?
Collab Hub relies on your site's content to find good matches. Sites that are very new or don’t have enough content can be hard to match. Make sure your site descriptions, SEO settings, and About page are complete, then search for matches again.
Can I reply to a proposal from my Wix account?
No. Your dashboard shows you the notification and proposal information, but you reply using the contact email included in the proposal. All correspondence related to proposals is done outside of Wix.
Can I opt out from appearing as a match for other businesses?
If you don't want your site suggested as a match, please contact Wix Support and we'll remove you from Collab Hub matching.
