Once you download your logo, the files are delivered in a .zip folder. Follow the relevant instructions below to open the folder and retrieve your files.

Windows: Extract All Wizard and File Explorer

1. Right-click the compressed (zipped) folder.

2. Select Extract All from the context menu.

3. By default, the compressed files will extract in the same location as the zipped folder, but you can click the Browse button to select an alternative location.

4. Check the Show extracted files when complete option.

5. Click Extract.

Alternatively, inside the zipped folder, you can select the items you want, and on the Extract tab, select the location to extract the files. If the location isn't listed, click the More button, and then click the Choose location button to find the correct folder.

Mac OS

1. Locate the zip archive file in the Finder window.

2. Double-click the .zip archive file to begin extracting the zip archive

3. When finished, the unzipped contents will appear in the same folder as the original .zip archive

Android

You can extract ZIP files on your Android device with the help of a file management app such as Files by Google. An existing file management app may be built into your Android device, or you can download your app of choice.
